• Optional yard sign at no extra charge
• Optional answering service for inquiries about your home and to set up viewings at no extra charge
• Full information package describing the process of selling your home
• Work with a local, professional Real Estate Agent
Full Traditional Real Estate Listing Services:
We offer full listing services with two different commission options. Choose to have a professional Real Estate Agent Evaluate, list, advertise and sell your home for a standard commission rate. With this package, we don’t get paid until you do.
Services include:
• Full market analysis of your home
• Photos, measurements and listing description
• Advertising on MLS and Realtor.ca
• Advertising on elkvalleylistings.ca
• Advertising on our Facebook page
• Cooperating with brokerages working with buyers
• Placing a For Sale sign on property
• Showing property at times acceptable to seller and if an tenants, subject to tenant’s rights
• Disclosing in a timely manner to the seller all the appropriate facts affecting the transaction know to us
• Keeping the seller informed regarding the progress of the transaction
• Reviewing Contracts of Purchase and Sale submitted for the seller’s consideration
• Assisting the seller in neqotiating favourable terms and conditions with a buyer
• Assisting in completion and possession process

Property Management Services

Monthly Property Management Services:
Hire a professional to care for your investment. We will meet your every management need from advertising your property for rent to finding a qualified tenant and making sure that you are paid on time each month. With this package you can simply enjoy having your property rented without having to worry about any of the responsibilities of being a landlord.
Services include:
• Advertising the property for rent
• Screening potential tenants
• Showing the property to potential tenants
• Photos of the property
• Move in and move out inspections between each tenancy
• Completion of the condition inspection report with each new tenant
• Completion of leases and tenancy addendums
• Completion of any starta forms as necassary
• Arrangements for any necassary repairs and mantenance
• Collection and retention of tenants damage deposits in trust account
• Monthly collection of all rents
• Dealing with any disputes and or necassary evictions as per the rules and regulations of the Residential Tenancy Board of BC

Placement Services:
With this package you can use the skills and tools of a professional Property manager to help you find the right Tenant. We will do all the work for you and turn your property back over to you once your tenant is all moved in, this way you can manage your own property and save the monthly fees
